Development Overview

Citymark will focus on investing as a limited partner in properties operated by highly experienced real estate professionals who own, develop, acquire and manage multifamily rental apartments.

These properties will be market rate, institutional-quality, multifamily rental and mixed use assets in the top 50 U.S. urban markets. Assets will include both new-construction and acquisition of existing properties.

Average Deal Size

Investments ranging from $3-25MM on total project cost from $10-125MM.

Time Horizon

Investments will have an expected life of up to 7 years during which the fund’s value creation and exit strategy will be executed through either sale and/or refinance of the asset.
