Daniel Walsh is the founder and CEO of Citymark Capital. Prior to founding Citymark Capital, Mr. Walsh was President, Northeast Ohio for Huntington National Bank, joining the company in May 2010. Mr. Walsh’s responsibilities included management and oversight of all Huntington business activities in the Northeast Ohio metropolitan market.
Prior to Huntington, Mr. Walsh led KeyBank’s Real Estate Capital Markets businesses nationally, including Fund Management, CMBS, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA and Life Company whole loan placement business conducted by more than 100 professionals in 16 offices in major metropolitan areas across the United States. Mr. Walsh was promoted to lead Real Estate Capital Markets for KeyBank starting in 2008. In this position, he restructured KeyBank’s real estate capital markets businesses and oversaw portfolio hedging and valuation of a $22 billion real estate portfolio. He also served on the board of the National Multi-Housing Council and as Treasurer of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council, two national real estate organizations.
In 1998, Mr. Walsh co-founded and built KeyBank’s real estate Private Equity Group, a group that invested in real estate projects throughout the United States on behalf of third-party institutional equity and mezzanine debt investors throughout the world.
Mr. Walsh serves, or has served, on the following boards: Cleveland Foundation (Chair, Investment Committee); Cleveland Orchestra; Cleveland Museum of Art (Chair, Building and Grounds Committee and Executive Committee Member); Rock and Roll Hall of Fame (past Chair, Finance Committee); Destination Cleveland (past Chair of the Board); as a Mayoral appointee on the Group Plan Commission (overseeing the redevelopment of Public Square); United Way of Greater Cleveland (Co-Chair of the 2012 Annual Campaign); Playhouse Square (past Chair, Real Estate Committee); ideastream (Emeritus Board Member; past Chair, Finance Committee); and the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission (Co-Chair, 2011 Sports Awards). Mr. Walsh is the past board chair for the Northeast Ohio Chapter of the Arthritis Foundation, and he helped launch Global Cleveland. He is also a member of the Cleveland Chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).
He received his B.S. in Management and MBA from the Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management in Cleveland, Ohio. Mr. Walsh also holds his Juris Doctor degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology Chicago-Kent College of Law, with a certification in environmental and energy law practice.
Eric Louttit is the Managing Director of Real Estate Investments at Citymark Capital. In this role, Mr. Louttit identifies investment opportunities from Citymark’s expansive national network. He is responsible for sourcing, underwriting and performance of investments.
Prior to joining Citymark Capital in 2020, Mr. Louttit held the role of Chief Investment Officer/Principal at Fairmount Properties. He oversaw the firm’s development projects, including investment selection, construction management, property management and retail lease negotiations.
Before working at Fairmount, Mr. Louttit served as a Senior Vice President of Development at Forest City Realty Trust where he was responsible for identifying and executing development and redevelopment opportunities in several markets across the country such as Las Vegas, Denver, Los Angeles, Pittsburgh, and Tampa. Early in his 16-year tenure with Forest City, Mr. Louttit worked with university and public sector clients in forging productive public and private partnerships leading to consulting opportunities and development projects such as the development of a new City Hall for the City of Las Vegas.
Mr. Louttit’s early experience includes positions in Finance at Forest City and in KeyBank’s Real Estate Lending Group. Prior to these roles, he was a real estate and corporate litigation attorney in Pittsburgh. He holds a Law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and an undergraduate degree from West Virginia University. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Robin Martucci is the Managing Director of Finance and Fund Operations at Citymark Capital. Ms. Martucci is responsible for investor reporting, fund performance modeling and reporting, and managing parent entity back office operations.
Prior to joining Citymark Capital in 2019, Ms. Martucci was a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Brookfield Properties in their Multifamily sector. In this role, she was responsible for the reporting requirements of a multifamily portfolio valued at $7.2 billion. Prior to this role, she served as the Director of Property Accounting at The NRP Group LLC, a national multifamily housing developer, general contractor, and property manager. Ms. Martucci began her career in Assurance Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers, focused in the real estate sector.
Ms. Martucci earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting at Ohio University. She resides in Northeast Ohio with her husband and their three children.
Matthew Hirsch is the Managing Director of Structured Capital Markets at Citymark Capital. Mr. Hirsch has over 15 years of real estate and credit investing, advisory, and structuring experience. In his role, Mr. Hirsch will leverage Citymark’s existing fund management platform to accelerate the company’s growth as a capital solutions provider by strategically investing Citymark’s existing fund capital and attracting new third-party investor capital in preferred equity, mezzanine debt and common equity structures, as well as senior debt purchases.
Prior to joining Citymark Capital, Mr. Hirsch was a founding member of a New York-based team in CBRE’s Debt and Structured Finance group. In this role, Mr. Hirsch led the origination, execution, and pricing of debt and equity executions for multifamily and mixed-use projects throughout the United States.
Before joining CBRE, Mr. Hirsch was a Director in the capital advisory business at Greystone & Co. where he originated, arranged, and placed more than $8 billion in financing transactions. Mr. Hirsch’s early experience also includes a position at Aurelius Capital Management. Throughout his career, Mr. Hirsch has developed an expertise in formulating and executing creative land, construction, bridge, and permanent debt and equity investments through a variety of funding sources and structures.
Mr. Hirsch holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Michigan and a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Finance from New York University.
Jason Egger is the Managing Director of Asset Management at Citymark Capital. Mr. Egger is responsible for the ongoing management, strategy and financial performance of the investments within Citymark Capital’s portfolio. He is an experienced commercial banking professional with more than 25 years in commercial real estate lending, asset management, loan workout, and debt restructuring experience in the financial services industry.
Mr. Egger brings a unique perspective of how banks and financial institutions approach troubled assets and distressed companies. He has a proven track record for implementing creative strategies that maximize recoveries, reduce risk, and prevent losses for both performing and non-performing companies.
Leveraging prior experience, he provides strategic and in-depth skill with financial forecasting, interim management, strategic advisory, financial analysis, financial reporting presentation, debt restructuring, asset disposition, foreclosures, Chapter 11 bankruptcy, and enterprise evaluations.
Prior to joining Citymark Capital, Mr. Egger served as a Director at Phoenix Management Services providing business/operational assessment, liquidity management, interim management, turnaround management, strategic advisory and recovery services, integration services, business plan validation, financial modeling, and financial planning and analysis.
In addition, Mr. Egger brings 15 years of experience from KeyBank as a Relationship Manager / Workout Officer. Mr. Egger was responsible for all aspects of problem commercial real estate loans, commercial C&I, middle market and asset-based loans, protection against losses and ensuring an effective and efficient workout strategy.
Mr. Egger holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications with a specialization in business management from Bowling Green State University. He has been trained in commercial credit by Omega Performance and Moody’s Analytics. Mr. Egger also serves on the board of directors for SFNet – Ohio Chapter.
Kevin Ryan is Managing Director, Head of Capital Raising and Client Solutions at Citymark Capital, where he is responsible for driving capital formation and investor engagement. He has more than 20 years of investing experience in institutional debt, equity, public, and private real estate.
Prior to joining Citymark, Mr. Ryan served as Managing Director, Business Development Real Estate at Manulife Investment Management, where he led capital raising and investor relations for its $18 billion real estate debt and equity platform.
Before his time at Manulife, Mr. Ryan was Managing Director, Head of Product Management, Real Estate Equity for Barings (a subsidiary of Mass Mutual), where he oversaw product management, public relations, and investor relations for a real estate equity platform with over $17 billion of assets under management.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Ryan worked at Adelante Capital Management, Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, and Federated Investors. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), a member of both the CFA Institute and the Pension Real Estate Association, and previously served as an officer of the Defined Contribution Real Estate Council.
He received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Philosophy from Boston College.
Kathleen Allen is the Managing Director of Marketing and Public Relations at Citymark Capital. In her role, Ms. Allen oversees the company’s brand, community, and market presence to deepen Citymark’s relationships with current and potential investors, industry organizations, local and national media, and community partners.
Prior to joining Citymark, Ms. Allen served as Vice President of Marketing and Communications at GLP Capital Partners, where she was responsible for all corporate branding, including the ground-up development of the firm’s global brand platform, preceding the sale of GLP Capital Partners’ international business and certain of its affiliates outside of China to Ares Management Corporation for $3.7 billion in February 2025.
Before joining GLP Capital Partners, Ms. Allen held progressive roles at Ernst & Young, LLP (EY). She led the firm’s brand, marketing, and communications strategy across EY’s Americas IPOs and Strategic Transactions portfolio, building awareness around EY’s services for high-growth private companies exploring IPOs, direct listings, special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) mergers, and other private capital raising transactions. During her time with EY, she also played a key role in supporting the firm’s marquee entrepreneurship programs, including Entrepreneur Of The Year®, EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women™, and the Strategic Growth Forum®.
Earlier in her career Ms. Allen also held several corporate communications, sales, and business development roles in the digital marketing agency and communications services spaces.
She received a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University in Athens, OH.
Gillian Fent-Baker is a Real Estate Investments Associate at Citymark Capital. Ms. Fent-Baker’s responsibilities include sourcing, evaluating, and underwriting new investment opportunities. Additionally, she assists in the management of current investments.
Ms. Fent-Baker joined Citymark Capital in 2021 as a Real Estate Investments Analyst. Prior to her role at Citymark Capital, Ms. Fent-Baker was an Investment Banking Analyst at KeyBanc Capital Markets, primarily focusing on corporate high yield bond offerings. Prior to her full-time role at Key, Ms. Fent-Baker completed an internship in investment banking at Key and an equity research internship in Shanghai, China.
Ms. Fent-Baker graduated from the Miami University Farmer School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance. She resides in Cleveland.
Tristan Neeb is a Real Estate Fund Associate at Citymark Capital. Mr. Neeb’s responsibilities include investor reporting, fund performance modeling and reporting, evaluating new investments and assisting in the underwriting process. He previously held the role of Real Estate Fund Analyst.
Prior to joining Citymark Capital in 2021, Mr. Neeb was a Finance Associate at Rockpoint Group. As a Finance Associate at Rockpoint Group, Mr. Neeb functioned as a key team member in a range of portfolio activities, including reporting and analysis, analyzing actual and projected cashflows and evaluating key performance metrics like IRR, MOIC, peak capital and profit. Prior to Rockpoint Group, Mr. Neeb worked as an Experienced Associate for BDO USA in the Valuation and Business Analytics Group. Mr. Neeb also worked as a full-time intern at both Eastdil Secured LLC and Sunrise Senior Living while attending college.
Mr. Neeb graduated from the University of Michigan Stephan M. Ross School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance.
Parker Boone is an Investment Analyst at Citymark Capital. In this role, he is responsible for monitoring the performance of Citymark’s multifamily investments, conducting financial and operational analysis, and assisting in the implementation of asset management strategies to maximize portfolio value.
Before joining Citymark, Mr. Boone worked as a Financial Analyst at KeyBank, where he specialized in financial planning & analysis (FP&A) and treasury liquidity. In this role, he developed financial models, conducted liquidity stress testing, and prepared performance reports for senior management. He also held prior internship roles within KeyBank’s investment services and technology finance divisions.
Mr. Boone earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from The Ohio University College of Business.
