Randell McShepard Joins Advisory Board of Citymark Capital
CLEVELAND – Sept. 22, 2021 – Citymark Capital, a private equity real estate investment firm and fund manager that invests in multifamily across the U.S., announced today that Randell McShepard, Vice President of Public Affairs and Chief Talent Officer for RPM International Inc., has been appointed to its advisory board.
McShepard is responsible for external and governmental affairs, leading the corporate philanthropy program, facilitating corporate purchasing initiatives and coordinating executive leadership development activities at RPM, a $5.5 billion dollar chemical coatings/paint company headquartered in Medina, Ohio.

An active community and corporate leader, McShepard currently serves on several boards in Northeast Ohio, including The Cleveland Foundation, Destination Cleveland and Taylor Oswald LLC. He is co-founder and chairman of PolicyBridge, a public policy thinktank serving the Northeast Ohio region, and co-founder of the Rid-All Green Partnership, a thriving urban farm and environmental education campus in Cleveland’s Lower Kinsman neighborhood. He also currently serves as a member of the Cuyahoga County Citizens’ Advisory Council on Equity, which was established in 2020.
McShepard graduated from John F. Kennedy High School and earned a bachelor’s degree from Baldwin Wallace University and a master’s degree from Cleveland State University. Among his many honors, McShepard was inducted into the John F. Kennedy High School Hall of Fame and has been recognized as a distinguished alumnus of Cleveland State University and Baldwin Wallace University.
